Eligibility Requirments:

On June 10, 2025, you must be at least 19 years of age and not older than 27 years of age. Ladies 18 years of age has option to compete in teen or miss divisions.
Be a United States citizen.
Meet the residency requirements set forth by the Miss America Organization and Miss Kentucky Organization.
Register for the Miss America Cycle 2025 competition season. - HERE

Register for the Miss America - American Heart Association and raise $30.

30% Private Interview
including a 30-sec opening and 30-sec final statement
20% Evening Wear
10% On-Stage Question
20% 90-second Talent/ HER story Performance
20% Fitness
***ALL CONTESTANTS MUST WEAR REBEL WEAR FOR FITNESS IN RED, TOP AND BOTTOM.

Forms may be reproduced on a computer and should be typed.
*contestants will appear on stage in the opposite order of paperwork received. Talent requests will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis, so get your paperwork in early!
