Must be no older than 28 as of September 30, 2026, and no younger than 18 on September 30, 2026.

Pay membership fee $49.99 (use same email and phone number throughout)
Receive and complete delegate contract
Get spotfund email and complete registration
Raise $30 for American Heart Association
Local entry fee $50

30% Private Interview
including a 30-sec opening and 30-sec final statement
20% Evening Wear
10% On-Stage Question
20% 90-second Talent/ HER story Performance
20% Fitness
***ALL CONTESTANTS MUST WEAR REBEL WEAR FOR FITNESS IN RED, TOP AND BOTTOM.

Forms may be reproduced on a computer and should be typed.
*contestants will appear on stage in the opposite order of paperwork received. Talent requests will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis, so get your paperwork in early!
